I've Made My Decision!!

Hey you guy it's Des! My Genius Hour so far has been absolutely amazing! I'm so excited to show you all what I've been working on. You may already know,but if you don't I will be making my own blog from scrach by the help of my stepdad.

The blog making process has been pretty great so far. I've learned so much from my stepdad during this Genius Hour that I thought I would never learn before. Creating my own background,template, and conversation is the best part of creating this blog.

Besides, buidling of the blog last Friday I looked at the comments section below from my last blog entry. I saw the comments and finally decided what blog entry I was going to introduce for my new  blog with; My Genius Hour!!

I believe my Genius Hour will be a great start to my new blog. This will explain the whole background of why I am starting this blog! Thank you for your comments and tips on my new blog. Be blessed and don't forget...

I need your help!!

Hey you guys I need your help!!! If you hadn't read my last blog I changed my Genius Hour topic to creating my own blog. While I am creating my blog,I also think about a topic I can introduce my blog with.That's what I need you guys to help me with!

If you guys have any awesome and interesting topic ideas I can start off my blog with please put your ideas in the comment section below. I will see which one is the most interesting idea that I can put on my blog and talk about that topic! All comments will be viewed through out the week and the topic I put on my first blog entry will be picked on Friday afternoon.

As of my blog is going great! I love creating something from scratch,because it's all you and your creation which I think is pretty "genius". If you are creating something for your Genius Hour I applaude you it's a lot of hard work but is all worth it! Have a great week and see you in my next blog!!

Change in Plans!!!

Hey you guys it's Destini! If you are wondering why this blog post is called change of plans is,because I have a new and improved topic/driving question.Yay!! My new topic is creating my own blog from scratch and my driving question is,"Can I create my own blog?"

You might be wondering why I picked a new Genius Hour topic. Well, it all started like this; my dad and I were both talking about what really is Genius Hour and what other options I should do instead of knitting,(since my dad thinks it's a hobby for old people, not 15 year olds'). So, my dad was telling me that I could do something else besides knitting and apply it to real life that's still fun and interesting!! One topic that he came across was creating an actual blog for myself and since he is a web developer he would lovee to help me out!!

I made up my mind that this was what I was going to do; even though my original thought was knitting. I felt as if I could have lots more fun taking up a technology topic since we live in such a vast world surrounded by technology, that would just maybe benefitting my future career! Even though knitting would be a cool skill to learn; I believe being a genuis takes doing things that are beneficial to you and others!!

Hello!! Welcome to Des's Blogs! I will be taking an amazing experience through the depth of creative arts! I believe creativity is the way we communicate through life. Being creative is a gift and I believe a gift should be shared with the whole world!

The creative art I am learning and experiencing for this Genius Hour is sewing and pottery with a little pathos touch!! I believe the perfect mix of creative arts and pathos( an emotional authority), is something magical. For the sewing portion, I will learn this art by sewing blankets and pillows,then donating them to different needy organizations.Then, for the pottery portion of my creative art, I will learn this as well creating decorative bowls,plates,and other different art forms that I would give to others or even sell!


This creative process for me will be an abundance of hard work since I am doing two creative arts, but I am determined to do the absolute best I can. I have always wanted to learn how the creative arts work, and now that's what I get to achieve. I am so thankful for this Genius Hour and can't wait for what's to come.
